I learned the flooring trade working my way through The University of South Carolina in the early 1970s.
As time passed, I became interested in the Cause and Effect of flooring failures.
I started Inspecting Flooring Complaints or Flooring Claims in the late 1980s as a professional.
In 1992, I attended my first Flooring Certified Inspector's Course. Since then, I have been self-employed inspection Flooring Failures.
If you are having problems with your flooring, I have been in the flooring trade since 1975, and inspecting flooring complaints since 1988.
